Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Green Pension

With the growing demand for green,ecological and environmental protection of the pension building,the building of green pension has emerged.However,there are no standard about green pension building design and evaluation in the huge construction industry standard specification system.Therefor,it is impossible for the construction of green pension building to be properly standardized and targeted.Under this background,this paper carries out the following research:Firstly,the paper focuses on the evaluation of green building standards and related pension building design specification,including the new version of Assessment standard of green building GB/T 50378-2014,Evaluation standard of green hospital building GB/T 51153-2015,Code of city and town facilities for the aged planning and design GB 50437,Code of design of residential building for the aged GB/T 50340,design code for buildings of elderly facilities,GB/T 50867,etc.Secondly,this paper analyzes the evaluation standard of green building and green hospital building evaluation standard,and on this basis,it makes a comparative study between the evaluation index system of public building and green hospital building,from the seven indexes of Land,energy saving,water saving,material saving,outdoor environmental quality,operation management and innovation,then makes a conclusion for the differences between the two standards,and research the characters from the site planning of the old building,barrier-free design,building indoor physical environment,construction equipment,basic service facilities,etc.Based on the above theory,this paper analyzes the principles of establishing evaluation index system of green building for the old,based on the Evaluation Standard for Green Building evaluation index system,combined with the characteristics of pension building,constructing the green evaluation index system of the pension building.Finally,this paper evaluates Shanghai Sheshan Sanatorium by using the evaluation index system of green pension,and makes a comparison according to the current Assessment standard of green building showing the evaluation on the pertinence,optimum that are all suited to the pension building.The purpose of this paper is to provide information and guidance for the further research and establishment of the evaluation index system of green building.
