Green building for people with health, application and efficient use of space,building in harmony with nature. However, the full life cycle perspective greenbuilding practice, due to various stages of information between the fault and a lot ofduplication of effort, and poor coordination among the various professionaltechnical bottlenecks, leading green building theories difficult to effectivelyplay.The BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology is an expression ofconstruction projects using digital geometry, physical and functional information tosupport the project life cycle construction, operation, management decision-makingtechniques, methods, or process, is the information supporting the constructionindustry means a third generation technology applications.BIM technology to geometry and attribute databases into one, spatial data andattribute data to achieve the organic integration, using its capabilities and4Dsimulation calculation and analysis capabilities for green building projectparticipants to provide a very effective tool for performance analysis and decisionsupport tool. Can be sensual green space entity concept in the quantitative analysisof the construction and operation process of4D simulation, to improve the scienceand green building can be implemented.Combing through domestic andinternational green building research, summed up the concept of green building,influencing factors, principles and design methods. Resolution "green buildingevaluation criteria" and summarized in the whole life cycle of green buildingcontrol points and ways to achieve the full life cycle of green building is dividedinto decision-making, design, construction, operation, demolition phase, the twofunctions of BIM technology play-Auxiliary design and assist management. Fulllife-cycle process of practice for each stage of the main line of traditionaltechnology bottlenecks, propose appropriate strategies specific application of BIMtechnology, and through practical examples demonstrate the unique advantages ofBIM technology methods and feasibility.In decision-making and design phase, theuse of BIM technology for simulation and analysis of the ecological environmentcan effectively solve the issues related to green building sites. The use of BIM technology budget on building energy consumption capabilities to solve conceptualdesign problems for the entire life cycle of green building practices and lay a solidfoundation.BIM-based integrated design system established green building designcombined with natural philosophy, its collaborative design platform to solve thedrawbacks of the traditional design process to meet the green design cycle mode theinternal needs, BIM technology covered by the performance analysis software tomeet."standard" all the necessary requirements, a unique model format IFCstandards are precise quantitative analysis and design of the important basis.
