| Ecological functions’ decline of riverhas been a typical problemin the process ofrapid urbanization. The author analyzes the internal mechanism of the functioning of theriver ecosystem, noting protect and maintain the river’s health is a key ecologicalelements are functioning river ecosystem basis. The complex problems of riverecosystem health is a multidisciplinary, multisectoral, purely on river engineeringmanagement, ecological restoration is difficult to solve the problem fundamentally. Thedevelopment and construction of the space by changing the river’s water cycle, watersystem structure damage, affecting the ecological function of the river to play.Theconstruction of space influences the ecological function of river, through destroying thestructure of water and changing the water cycle process. So it is necessary to take intoaccount space planning in research of the protection and recovery of river ecologicalfunction. This paper considers space planning should be conducted in threedimensions: water land, the edge area, and be combined with the existing spatialplanning system to formulate corresponding planning strategy andto provide referenceideas forenvironment ecological protection of rivers and the construction of humansettlements.Firstly, the concept of river ecosystem function, spatial planning to define clearlythe object of study and research priorities.Secondly, by analyzing the characteristics of the river ecosystem, drawn maintainkey ecological functions of river ecological elements, elements of these ecologicalprotection and restoration of the river that is the focus of the content of the protectionand restoration of ecological functions. Research around the protection and restorationof the ecological function of the river, from the river ecosystem management, theimpact on river ecosystems are three aspects of the river ecosystem approach literaturereview space planning, land use, affirmed the existing research and identifyshortcomings. The third chapter analyzes the plight of river protection and restoration ofecological functions, recognizing the influence of river ecosystem elements are mainlyconcentrated in the space outside the river, the river can not solve the problems facingfundamental planning practices only for the river. The article points out spatial planninginvolved in river protection and restoration of ecological functions have certain necessity. On this basis, the proposed spatial planning task is to protect the riverecosystem elements, weaken the interference generated by the development andconstruction of the river, planning responses mainly from the optimization of the overallspace, the construction of the marginal zone, the protection of the waters of the threeaspects of space to construct regional planning-urban Master Plan (zoning)-developedthree levels of planning control technology system. The fourth and fifth partdiscusses the planning method river protection andrestoration of ecological functions basedfrom watershed areas and the city two spaces.Basin level to deal with the river ecosystem ecology-related elements of protection, including the ecological plaque and a springboard for recovery through the rivernetwork to a series of ecological corridors plaques and green network node space, builda water system for the skeleton structure of ecological patterns, and proposed thebuilding guidelines, etc. towns; city level main task is to conduct ecological urban riverrestoration and protection, the protection of rivers critical hydrological cycle space, river and offered to build eco ecological infrastructure combining spatial structure ofurban waterfront ecological planning, spatial planning measures waters; planningmainly focus on the protection and control of land use control linear space, and land usecontrol focused on increasing regulatory control in the original index system on how toreduce the impervious surface of relevant indicators. The sixth part took the practical project of " Regulatory Plan along Liuxi River "for example, exploring the methods of realizing river ecological functions, includingconstruction ofbasin ecological space, ecological land use planning and measures of theriver’s ecological restoration.Part sevenis my conclusions and prospects for the study. |
