Study Of The GWHP Project Using Partnering

At present, the GWHP system suffers some problems like conflicting objectives and distrust between each participants in design, installation and operation stage. Thus, this dissertation will be applied the partnering model into the construction and operation stage of GWHP projects to ensure the win-win situation for both enterprise economic benefits and sustainable utilization of groundwater resources.This dissertation firstly put forward the key success factors in the proposal stage, construction stage and operation stage. To find critical factors, we built the structural model and analyze the relationship between the 9 key success factors. By adopting single non cooperative game, we explain the reason of “prisoner dilemma,” in GWHP projects. Then we make further analysis by conducting repeated game to evolve the cooperation strategy of the two parties. Results indicate that two parties will change their attention from a cooperative benefit into the total revenue of long-term cooperation. In order to avoid the punishment in the next game, parties intend to select the cooperation strategy and build trust mechanism with their partners consciously. Meanwhile, we establish the procedure of Partnering mode for GWHP projects and put forward the partnering protocol process. This research provides the theoretical and practical guide for the application of Partnering model in GWHP.
