Xintai City Water-saving City Construction Planning

According to the situation of supply and demand of water resources in Xintai, on the basis of the national and provincial and municipal water managementregulations, policies and relevant principles and methods, the trend of supply and demand of water resources in Xintai city is analyzed and forecast:in the status quo of water supply ability and the level of the water, we predict the demand of water of2015,2020and2030, the rate of water scarcity and water shortage is very serious. If do not take effective measures to increase supply, reduce water demand, improve the water-saving level, Xintai city will face extreme water shortage situation, The sustainable development of water resource shortage will seriously restrict the sustainable development of the economic and social. Therefore, a comprehensive construction of water-saving city is the key to solving the problem of water shortage in Xintai city. In order to strengthen water resources rational allocation and water saving management of Xintai, scientific and rational use of water resources, shall carry out the planned water consumption, water saving, total volume control, the projects of high-volume water consumption shall be under strict control, use the quota managemeny for the various industries and residents living. To achieve the strategic goal of the construction of water-saving society, It is necessary to research to callocate,use, save the water resources and so on. By using modern science and technology means to analyze the status of demand and supply water of Xintai, master the use of water-saving situation and policy, and improve management efficiency, to provide timely, accurate information for the decision-making of the government. This study analysis the present situation of water and water supply and demand balance, water saving level and water saving potential from the actual situation of Xintai city, studies on the main problems about the construction of water-saving society, water saving, water saving standards and water-saving measures, construction of key areas, etc. This study makes basic and recommend two kinds of water-saving scheme water saving scheme,which include urban life, the second industry, the tertiary industry and suburban agricultrue, and evaluates the investment plan, the implementation effect.
