| With the development of society, people increasingly high demand fortransportation, so green traffic in major cities is speeding gradually. Greentransportation as be a new concept, it will promote development of urban economy andimprovement of the ecological environment,What’s more,it will achieve a unifiedbetween city’s economic and environmental and social benefits.However, developmentof the green traffic of a city which whether meet the requires of the city’s urban greentransportation needs a complete evaluation system to judge.Now researching of greentraffic evaluation system in mountain city is not deep. We need to solve the problem thathow to develop a green mountainous city traffic and how to create a mountain withsuitable urban green traffic evaluation system. Based on this background, the paperresearches green traffic evaluation in mountain city.First, in order to provide theoretical support for evaluation green transportation inmountain city,we reviewed both AHP and physical element extension. in order tointerpret deeply spatial form of mountain city, We combine conception of mountain citywith characteristics of city,and summarize the problems of mountain city, On thisbasis,we analyze traffic characteristics of mountainous city form three aspects which areland layout features, residents travel characteristics and characteristics road trafficsystem. All of these studies provide references for connotation of green transport andfactors about mountain city.Secondly, in this paper, in order to summarize the factors of green transportation inmountain city.We put contention of green traffic and the theory of sustainabledevelopment of urban transport as the theoretical basis,then we defined connotation ofgreen transport of mountain city, analyzed and discussed the development target ofgreen transport of mountain city. All of these studies foundated for evaluation system ofgreen transport of mountain city.Again,we combined with the results of earlier studies and principle to determinethe evaluation system of green transport of mountain city preliminary.What’s more,weapply level analysis and interval estimation method to optimize the preliminaryindicators to determine the final evaluation index system,and study indicators standardof green transport of mountain city. Finally,we put element extension as an evaluation method,and build evaluationmodel,then we put Chongqing as an example to study.In the end, the model is validatedAvailable and scientific. The evaluation results were analyzed, and makerecommendations form the transport function, environmental impact, resourceconsumption and ocial integration. |
