Research On Performance Evaluation Of Petroleum Drilling Engineering Project

As a management tool, project performance evaluation plays a great role improving thelevel of oil drilling enterprises project management. At present our performance evaluation ofpetroleum drilling engineering project is still in the initial stage, so it has a very importanttheoretical and practical significance for improving petroleum drilling project management, aswell as to promote the healthy development of China’s oil drilling industry, to study theperformance evaluation of petroleum drilling engineering project.This paper is divided into six sections. The first chapter put forward the main researchcontents, the research ideas and research methods through analyzing the status of performanceevaluation research of petroleum drilling project at home and abroad. The second chaptermainly introduces the connotation of project performance evaluation and oil drillingengineering project performance evaluation, expounds the methods and performanceevaluation index evaluation method. In the third chapter, project management and petroleumdrilling engineering project management theory as the instruction, combined with thecharacteristics of oil drilling project factors in petroleum drilling engineering projectperformance: cost, schedule, quality factors, health factors, safety factors, environmentalfactors, communication factors, eight risk factors. In the fourth chapter, through accessing torelevant information and drawing on existing research of project performance evaluation, theauthor determines the system for performance evaluation of petroleum drilling project,whichincludes a six-level indicators and23secondary indicators, under Likert’s5scale method ofindex. In the fifth chapter, based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the authorconstructs a model of performance evaluation and applied it to actual petroleum drillingengineering projects. In the sixth chapter, in view of the problems of previous section, it putsforward countermeasures to promote petroleum drilling engineering project performance.
