With the development of the National and Provincial highway construction inChina, The scale of highway network is expanding, the traffic in mountains arebecoming concenient,The use of pavement performance is declining with the growth of service life inlarge number of Mountainous area highway.More and more people release the importantof the maintenance in asphalt pavement.In order to keep well usability of asphaltpavement,reducing the occurrence of early disease,delaying the development of thedisease, extending the service life of pavement,reduceing maintenance costs, andchoosing the appropriate forecast maintenance technology is so important for thedevelopment of the National and Provincial highway construction.Mountainous area highway maintenance brings many positive effects, as same asbrings different degree of negative effect for the ecological environment. So choosing asuitable, green maintenance technology is becoming an inevitable trend.Based on existing research on the Hot In-place Recycling Technology,the paperstudy the green effect of the Hot In-place Recycling Technology in Mountainous areahighway and provide theoretical research about preventive maintenance in Mountainousarea highway.In this paper, on the basis of the evaluation system of green construction to exploregreen maintenance evaluation system. Utilize pressure-state-response model ofsustainable development index system to establish PSR frame model of greenevaluation system of the Hot In-place Recycling Technology in Mountainous areahighway and cleared each index in the index system, the weight of each index have beencalculated by AHP. Simultaneously the evaluated model of green constructionevaluation of the Hot In-place Recycling Technology in Mountainous area highwaybave been established by comprehensive evaluation of the gray system theory. Finally,a project that is YUpin to Tongren Provincial highway in Guizhou have beenevaluated by evaluation of the gray system theory, the aim is to proved sefulness ofmodel of green construction evaluation of the Hot In-place Recycling TechnologyThe result shows that: the Hot In-place Recycling Technology has a good greeneffect with the low emissions, low noise and small pollution on the environment in the process of construction; it can make full use of old asphalt mixture, saving rawmaterials and reduce construction cost, to realize recycling use of resources;construction work time is short and the influence on public transport is little.
