Research On Intelligent Decision Support System For Remanufacturing Process Based On Knowledge

Remanufacturing engineering is one of key and preferential industry in the future for savingresources and energy. Based on analyzing of remanufacturing engineering，the knowledgeacquisition and expression of remanufacturing process is discussed in this thesis. The model ofintelligent decision support for remanufacturing process based on knowledge is built，and a caseof hydraulic cylinder remanufacturing is also analyzed. The intelligent decision supportprototype system of remanufacturing process based on knowledge is developed by the platformor tools of Java and SQL Server.(1)The analysis of knowledge acquisition and expression for remanufacturing process.According to the characteristics of remanufacturing process knowledge，the model or method ofknowledge acquisition and expression for remanufacturing process is built.(2)The building of case and rule base for remanufacturing process. The case and rule basefor remanufacturing process are established on basis of knowledge expression. The knowledgeacquisition, storage, sharing and application of remanufacturing process are all realized.(3)The model establishment of intelligent decision-making for remanufacturing processbased on knowledge. A model or method of intelligent decision-making for remanufacturingprocess based on knowledge is built by CBR and RBR.(4)Case analysis of remanufacturing process decision support. The case of remanufacturingprocess decision-making of hydraulic cylinder is analyzed. At the same time, the validity andfeasibility of intelligent decision support model for remanufacturing process is verified.(5)The development of intelligent decision support prototype system for remanufacturingprocess based on knowledge. Based on design of the system architecture, function and the relateddatabase table, the intelligent decision support prototype system for remanufacturing processbased on knowledge is developed.
