In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy, enterprises andresidents in the area of electricity demand is also showing a trend of rapid development.In order to alleviate the situation of industry of our country power supply and demandtension, all regions in China have to speed up power infrastructure construction speed,but also to expand the power infrastructure construction scale. Substation construction asan important part of the power infrastructure construction, not only bear the roleconversion of voltage, power, but also as the core and key of power grid planning andgrid layout. Because of the professional and comprehensive construction of substationproject is very strong, mainly has the tight schedule, interference factors, constructiontechnology etc. Therefore, in the substation construction management process, how to allaspects of the construction of substation project management and control of scientific andreasonable, complete the task of construction project according to the established timeand standard, is particularly important.This paper introduces the status of development of domestic construction andconstruction management of substation project, and the substation project constructionmanagement theory and methods are studied and discussed in detail as well. On this basis,according to the selection principle of scientific and reasonable, all kinds of factorsinfluencing the construction management of substation project are analyzed, then sum upthe key factors that have great influence on the construction management of substation,finally the comprehensive evaluation index system of substation constructionmanagement is established. According to the actual situation of the characteristics of theevaluation indexes and substation construction management constructs, the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method and entropy method of G1model based on thecombination weights are used. Finally, this paper makes an empirical study on themanagement of the construction of Changli500kV substation project. The research ofthis paper provides reference for the management and evaluation of substationconstruction, also provides scientific basis for raising the level of substation constructionmanagement.
