| As an important part of the city’s comprehensive transportation system, integrated transportation hub achieves the rapid transit among various modes of transports. It provides the convenience for the residents’ daily traffic travel, plays an important role in the efficient and smooth operation of urban transpot. In order to promote the rapid growth of the city economy, local governments have increased the investments on the construction of the integrated transportation hubs. Many large-scale hubs have been completed, but as the lack of the in-depth study of construction investment scale in the process of the construction feasibility analysis and investment risk evaluation, the scale of the new-built hubs is always larger than the actual demand. As a result, a large amount of finance and public resources have been wasted. It brings a nagative impact and potential risks to the healthy development of the government’s public investment. From the aspect of the investment risk assessment, the paper chose the hub’s investment and construction scale as the research object. It makes a comprehensive analysis of the macro factors like society, economy and transportatison which influcing the hub’s investment and construction scale, and it builds a risk assessment system. Then it makes a comprehensive evaluation on the system and calculate the weight of these factors through the Analytic Network Process. The paper has two innovations:Firstly, in the process of building the risk assessment system, the paper uses the quantified indicators to substitute all the factors, as a result, data analysis can be performed for each risk factor in the latter evaluating stage.Secondly, in the evaluation of the model, the traditional meathod of "1-9 Assignment" is replaced by the meathod of the Gray Correlation Calculation to compare the importance of the factors, so that the results will be more objective and more reasonable.Through the analysis of the theoretical approach above, it provides a high value on the study of the investment and construction of the hubs. It will further improve the early theoretical research related to the investment and construction scale of the integrated transportation hub. Also, it provides a certain guidance and reference value to the determinatio of the hub’s investment and construction scale. |
