With the development of electronic control technology and hardware in the loopsimulation technology, it became more flexible, boundaries and accurate for thedevelopment of electronic controller. Compared with the traditional physicalexperiments, hardware in the loop simulation (HIL) simulate the actual workingenvironment of element to be tested by simulation technology, reducing space andtime and other restrictions, in accordance with a specific purpose, and it can conductcontrolled and rapid iterative development and test; Different from the virtualsimulation, it uses the actual physical components to replace the components whichmay influence the testing accuracy and timeliness and which is hard to model themathematical simulation, thus greatly improving the accuracy of the simulation tests.The main subject is the study of domestic burning controller based on thehardware in the loop simulation technology. This paper implements a completeexposition towards the design and implementation of gas controller HIL simulationand testing system. This topic mainly uses USB4716and USB4751data acquisitionmodules to control the signal acquisition of the burning appliances, and WPF programby C#is developed to monitor and display by the PC. This topic uses Visual Studio2010development platform to develop, the test items can be simulated for hardwareinitialization, simulation signal configuration, testing, project import and export, aswell as signal simulation. The testing functions can be used for the historical playback,visualization, storage of test data.This topic expands the testing techniques and methods for the HIL of householdburning controller, which provide the technical support for the household burningtesting standards and process making.
