| In this paper,It makes OHSMS three core elements: hazard identification,risk assessment and risk control as the main line, and has a deeper research and discussion on the issues related to risk management,and construction of the Inter-city railway tunnel construction,The main contents are as follow:Firstly,the thesis is a comprehensive application of the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad.First,it introduces the OHSMS and analysis the current situation and problems of safety production management in tunnel construction enterprises.Then through analyzing how the system safety management works and how to estimate the core hazard identification,it proposes that it is important and necessary to combine the OHSMS management theory with the Inter-city railway and tunnel construction safety management theory at construction site.Secondly,it provides the basis for the Inter-city railway and tunnel construction safety management evaluation after factors analysis of many conditions contributing to the risk factors of Inter-city railway and tunnel and comprehensive consideration of geological conditions of the construction project,local hydrological status and other factors affecting construction and identification research of the risk factors in the Inter-city railway and tunnel construction from human,machines,environment,objects and management.Third,evaluate the safety status of Changzhutan inter-city railway tunnels in accordance with national security laws, regulations,standards and stipulation, and also the existing research,and the safety evaluation index system based on the induction and organization of risk factors using AHP to determine the weights of evaluation factors,and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Fourthly,Based.on OHSMS and inter-city railway tunnel construction safety management of existing organic integration of the entry point about inter-city railway tunnel construction in safety management agency,security risk management, security technology management,security education and training,and disaster prevention and treatment. Adopt the Deming PDCA theory to improve the present safe state of changzhutan inter-city railway tunnel and propose measures for improvement based on OHSMS management theory.By doing this to form a dynamic cycle of continuous improvement of management mode.And then provide reference and help for tunnel construction safety management of enterprise workers. |
