| Subway construction is a huge, wide-ranging, and greater social impact project, a goodproject schedule management is significant to save construction costs. Schedule plan andschedule control are the core parts of the project management, this paper combined thecharacteristics of the C city Metro05project with the application of the relevant theories ofproject schedule management, Studied schedule management of05project. And use theCritical Path Method to optimize and control the project schedule.This article studied the advantages that the Critical Path Method respect to the traditionalproject schedule management methods combined with project examples. And explored theapplicability of the Critical Path Method applied in the subway projects and other largeconstruction projects.On the basis of the analysis of the basic theory of project management, this paper gave asummary of current situation of subway project schedule management; Combined engineeringfeatures and construction difficulties of the05projects, in-depth analyzed the key factorsaffecting the progress of the project; Then using expert interviews and field research methodsto estimated on the durations of project work task, according to the logical relationshipbetween the Works and drawn out the network plan of05projects, then extracted its criticalpath.By optimizing and controlling the Key Works of the Critical Path, can achieveoptimization and control of the overall project plan, and further guarantee the progress of theproject smoothly. |
