SD Industrial Park is an important beverage bases in local. In order to cut back smalldecentralized heating boilers which are high pollution and high energy consumption, SD plansto use central heating to solve increasingly hot requirement for the majority of enterprises.Considering the limited of local resources, two schemes was proposed, one is natural gasdistributed energy for heating,the other is power plant waste heat heating. Through therisk/reward model of two schemes to carry on the comparison, find out the better solution.This thesis consists of five parts. The first part is introduction, mainly discusses theresearch prospect and significance of this paper, and discusses the prospect and significanceof this paper, research content and the method and relevant literature review and projectcomparison theory. The second part mainly studies the general situation and the heat supplygap of the SD Industrial Park, the field survey of current situation and features of heat load ofthe existing heat users heating heat source, the park, through the investigation of heat userstatus, park land planning, to predict the park of short and long-term heat load. The third part,according to the SD Industrial Park heat demand, put forward two sets of heating plan,"natural gas distributed energy station" and "power plant waste heat heating", and the twoscheme of technical feasibility and general scheme are introduced. The fourth part, use therisk/reward model to evaluate and selection scheme. The risk evaluation and financialevaluation of the project plan, and then according to the winning proposal choose both theresults of the analysis, to verify each. The financial evaluation use the powerful function ofExcel, based on the construction of the project’s financial statements and the distributioncharacteristics of main factor. And then use the crystal ball loading software in Excel tocalculate the net present value of the project distribution. With net present value analysis ofthe distribution of projects, we can see that the project the return of the picture. Riskassessment is firstly identify the risk of the project, and then uses AHP method to analysis therisk, using Excel arithmetic function to realize the complex operation of the method of AHP.The fifth part summarized the conclusions of this paper and prospects the future of districtheating.The analysis process and the comparison results of the two schemes of heating, canprovide some ideas and reference for related departments and enterprises...
