Research On The Communications Between Safety And Stability Control Device And Monitor Master Based On IEC61850

With the reform deepening of modern power system technology, digital and intelligentwill be the development direction of power system. While power system of digital,intelligent means of modern power system transformer substation should be toward digital,intelligent direction. Communication is the basis of intelligent substation, IEC61850as akind of communication is norms among ieds in substation management and communication,to realize the seamless connection of various ieds.Substation layer, spacing layer as well as the process is based on IEC61850specification of substation communication system. Security and stability control device asthe interval of secondary equipment in substation layer, in order to make the security andstability control device can adapt to the development of intelligent substation, safe deviceof communication module must be based on IEC61850specification, security devices andsubstation layer is based on IEC61850monitoring master station communication researchhas the very vital significance.This paper established the IEC61850model of security and stability control device,and analyze the function of security and stability control device, according to the functionto establish logical node, secondly to secure data classification, according to the IEC61850standard data modeling method, the various functional logic node combination model forthe security and stability control device; And the communication of safe device andmonitoring master station service model are analyzed in detail.On complete unit and communication module design of the monitoring master station,before the need for safe device and communication process of the monitoring master stationis analyzed, including the security and stability control device of the IEC61850model andthe mapping relationship between MMS (manufacturing message specification), MMS(ASN.1), and the abstract syntax description of MMS communication message parsing,finally through Qt programming to complete safe device and the design of thecommunication module of the monitoring master station, and implement and IEC61850client connection completed a safe device and monitoring master station data.
