In information technology-based ship construction segment continued Lean ProductionResearch.The focus of the lean production is to reduce the invalid time in the productionprocess, with continuously improve production process and improvement quality of services.Various types of information processing technology go with together with high speeddevelopment of modern information technology, which supply abundant theory and softwaretools for manufacture processing such as data collection, processing and usage. Under themethods as systems engineering, information technology, We can make use data to recordall production processing, Which can achieve the desired detection and further prediction,data applications with the base of production technology supply a efficiency platform for leanproduction concept.Based on the principles of lean manufacturing, the aim of enhance the efficiency of shipblocks construction, and production balanced. Excavate the value of technology in order toachieve quality feedback of circle mid-production benefit. Which be used as data foroptimization Lean manufacturing, block technology sys. preparation, arrangement ofprocessing, Planning optimization, and build up blocks pulling production processing as theobject of mid-production.Firstly,We analysis of hull design, hull production design, processes, and outputcharacteristics,through specific analysis of ship hull production design which arecorresponding to the production process, We can provided data bases for subsequentproductions.
