Low voltage centralized reading system is mainly composed of four parts:electric energy meter, data acquisition terminals, concentrator, measurementautomation background.This system can not only save the cost of human resource,but also for the power supply management are of great significance. At present, theelectric energy meter and data acquisition terminal is connected through485line, it ismore reliable due to the close distance. Concentrator and adopts carrier and isconnected through485line, because the distance is not fixed, the reliability is alsouncertain. The concentrator and the background is connected with wireless signal rentby operators, affected by the weather and the installation position it is also uncertain.And because the low voltage centralized reading system use the serial technique, sothe acquisition cycle is long.So the construction of high reliability and fastacquisition low voltage centralized reading system is very necessary.The construction of new low voltage meter reading system contain improvementof3aspects:1. using the composite cable technology with low voltage power. realizethe community optical fiber, realize the acquisition terminals to concentrators opticalfiber. Concentrator to backstage use nearby substation or operators to realize opticalfiber. So this can ensure the reliability of the channel.2. On the new development ofcollector, use Ethernet technology to replace the serial technology, greatly improvethe rate of data acquisition.3. Develop the concentrator of innovation, use softwarevirtual concentrator to replace the entity concentrator of original system. This canachieve0cost to extended to other community.In Comparison with new and old system, On-line rate of the old system canreach80%, and the new system can reach100%.The relevant business personnel atFoshan Power Supply Bureau through the intelligent power management platform,can collect the area of the10building a total of1143households in the electricityinformation acquisition and management stably and reliably. According to the test,theplatform to complete all1143households meter table code data acquisition use only about44seconds, under normal circumstances, the collection rate of success rate andthe accurate rate of100%.According to the test and trial operation and the situation, project developmentand production data acquisition terminal equipment operation interrupted for a longtime, the equipment work normally and stably, the collection efficiency and highreliability, not appear essential equipment failure problems, run the software platformis stable, reliable, the whole system is running well, so it can be used as the futurebusiness development and innovation to provide the support means, we can alsospread the achievement.
