Based On BP Neural Network In The Construction Project Cost Prediction Research

Construction project cost prediction is an important content of construction related field, it can be for the project feasibility study, design scheme is selected to provide important basis, its accurate or not will directly influence the project investment decision. The success of the construction project cost prediction implementation can bring larger for construction project cost control management is convenient.In this study, based on the summary of related research on forecasting the cost of the construction, combined with years of the construction project cost analysis experience, and a mathematical model is applied to achieve a rapid prediction through selection of construction project cost. This paper firstly defines the meaning of the construction cost, the analysis of the object; then through the analysis of theory system and practical experience combined with the index system for forecasting the cost of the construction project was constructed; and the selection of the artificial intelligence theory of BP neural network, the system analyzes the construction principle, construction cost estimation model and the network methods by using this method, the theoretical model, to build a new forecasting model of construction project cost; then, selection of the construction project, forecasting the cost of the construction project for the case; finally the new model by simulation analysis to verify the case engineering. Test results show that, this research is based on the BP neural network prediction model of construction cost of good performance in prediction accuracy and prediction of construction, fast. To achieve satisfactory forecast result.
