In the case of the global oil and coal and other fossil fuels sharp shortage, various countries of the world governments need to energy conservation. Contrast all the disadvantages of fossil fuels on a large scale applications, zero pollution and regenerated energy has been attached great importance by different governments. The most representative newborn energy and renewable energy is wind and solar. As the ideal renewable energy, solar energy is mainly developed by the Photo voltaic(PV). Photo voltaic generate power with zero noise, zero pollution, energy that can be acquired and unlimited use, no geographical restrictions, no staff on duty, the shorter the period of planning and construction and the advantages of large-scale design freedom. The communication and information modeling of photovoltaic power plants has been studied deeply.PV is main way of developing an ideal renewable energy solar energy. The photovoltaic power plants communication and information modeling which is based on the IEC 61850 and IEC61970 is studied in this paper. The basic principles of IEC 61970 and IEC 61850 standards implementation has been analyzed comprehensively. Based on these above researches, photovoltaic power plant communication and information modeling has been studied in terms of the standard semantic model, model mapping, information model.1. The IEC 61970 standard semantic model which is based on photovoltaic power plants is studied in this paper;2. The IEC 61850 standard semantic model which is based on photovoltaic power plants is studied in this paper;3. The IEC 61970 and IEC 61850 semantic model which is base on mapping large-scale photovoltaic power plants is studied in this paper;4. The IEC 61970 and IEC 61850 information model which is based on photovoltaic power plant is studied in this paper.PV is not only as the main way for renewable energy development, but also plays an important role in the study of intelligent photovoltaic power plant monitoring system. The standard semantic model, the semantic model mapping and information model which are based on the IEC 61850 and IEC61970 PV plant have been analyzed in this paper. The communication and information modeling which are based photovoltaic power plant IEC 61850 and IEC61970 have been studied deeply, then the usability and reliability of PV have been improved.
