The Research On The Rural Basic Public Service Facilities Configuration Optimization

Break the dual structure between urban and rural areas, Balance urban and rural development has become a consensus between central and local initiative.New rural are being busily built nowadays,but because of the lack of construction standards, the construction of rural public service facilities are great randomness and blindness. The rural area has a vast territory and economically underdeveloped. How to increased the distribution and utilization efficiency of funds and the public service facilities construction is very important and imperative.Based on the research of current public service facilities allocation standard, find out the problems of current standard, based on the existing configuration of public service system to be repaired and optimized. The research devote much attention to investigate the needs of rural residents and come to care deeply about the region, to find a better methods. The research can provide foundation for new rual construction. The core methonds of the research is: first according to the village level configuration of public service facilities, preliminary build regional public service network;second, evaluating the net to analyze the balanced,find the "blind spots"; third,find out the most urgent demand of public service in the rural resident, as the focus of further optimization, and by adjusting the distribution of residential areas, improve road traffic conditions, adjus t the public service node, optimized the public service net, find a suitable comprehensive plan.
