Nearly 30 years, a lot of new infrastructure technologies, new materials, new processes, new equipments have been applied, with the development of technology involved in the construction and degree of specialization, professional construction team appear in large numbers.In addition, infrastructure projects emerged was also found huge scale of construction, the project versatile, huge resources into building features flexible organization, consists of a construction unit put all human and material resources, all construction tasks to complete the project has been less and less possible. Thus, through professional and labor subcontracting, etc., to absorb some of the professional construction team has a high technical level and the level of technology, professional participation in infrastructure construction projects, is a condition of market economy, infrastructure trends. However, how to manage these professional services team and the team has been a practical problem existing in the management of construction projects.From the perspective of General Contractor, combining my personal experience with the North Bridge to pay labor subcontracting companies for the study, to explore the meaning of existence and necessity of subcontracting, analyze their management situation and existing problems, to study how guide and standardize the behavior of labor subcontracting, give full play to the advantages of subcontracting.This study proposes, as do subcontracting management, general contracting business from the following aspects to work:to strengthen the country to study law, administrative regulations and local laws and regulations, improve the legal level, the strict legal way to go; establish business subcontracting management system, the introduction of labor subcontracting teams should be based on strict procedures and scrutiny; strengthen labor subcontracting team communication and guidance in strict accordance with sub- contract management, subcontracting inescapable obligations and responsibilities, but also does not relax the requirements for subcontracting; attention subcontracting internal management team to help them improve their management level.
