| With the increase of civil aviation transportation demand, existing airspace structure couldn’t satisfy the flight traffic growth any more. Route B213as an artery between Tibet and other domestic province in the west region of China, its communication, navigation and surveillance device signal range is incomplete result from the plateau terrain. Procedure control is the only mean to direct aircraft. In order to optimize the structure of the airspace and increase route capacity, the civil aviation administration plan a PBN (RNP4) parallel route which implement ADS-B at the north of the original route.This subject research the capacity assessment model of parallel routes, which is supported by the safety and capacity assessment project of Chengdu-Lasa PBN parallel route. Prophase investigation collected the operation environment of Chengdu-Lasa PBN route and the special circumstances disposal scheme of plateau airlines. In order to assess the changes in capacity of Chengdu-Lasa route accurately after implementing PBN, study the influence of ADS-B(satisfies the accuracy requirement of RNP4) on procedure control interval, complete the transformation of time interval to the distance interval based on the concept of time and space conversion, quantify the interval margin influenced by the communications, navigation, surveillance device and the weather factors, determine the lateral intervals and horizontal intervals of route.In the medium-term of research, this article comes up with three operation patterns and analyzes the characteristics of operation patterns combined with peculiarity of flight flow on Chengdu-Lasa route. This paper takes method of structuring mathematics models to dissect the detail process of aircraft crossing flight level and crossing flight level influence innovatively is divided into directly influence and indirectly influence. Parallel route capacity assessment model is structured considering crossing flight level.On the basis of the above study, adopt the assessment methods of mathematical calculation to assess the capacity about different operation modes of route Chengdu-Lasa, the modes include bidirectional operation on single track, unidirectional operation on double track. In order to verify the superiority and the veracity of parallel route capacity assessment model, contrast the capacity value among this model, the traditional theory capacity assessment model and the radar simulator assessment based on controllers work load. Design the Chengla route capacity assessment software by using C#, assess the capacity value of bidirectional operation on single track model, unidirectional operation on double track model and bidirectional operation on double track model, analyse the reason of capacity changed with the model, quantize the influence of crossing flight level, demonstrate the efficiency after implementing PBN.At last, the simulation software of route is established based on Anylogic. For the sake of carrying out relevant work such as airspace planning, imitate the operation status of route for airspace planners and controllers by using the3D simulation function of Anylogic platform. Summarize the advantages for increasing capacity of planning Chengdu-Lasa parallel route. Further, give the scheme and opinion of increasing in capacity of route. |
