Proportional solenoid, as the electrical-mechanical conversion component, is themost widely used in electro-hydraulic proportional technology. Its performance has agreat influence on the performance of the electro-hydraulic proportional controlcomponents and the whole system. However, the domestic development of theproportional solenoid still remains in the tracking period, which is lack of mastery ofcore technology. Therefore, exploring the influence of different design parameters onsuction characteristics with parametric simulation method has significance for theoptimization design and the performance improvement of proportional solenoid.The main contents of this paper are as follow:By reviewing the domestic and foreign relevant literature, the basic structure andthe suction characteristics of proportional solenoid are introduced. The domestic andforeign research status is summarized, then the research methods of proportionalsolenoid are listed, the research method and technology route of this paper aredetermined.Electromagnetic field theoretical basis including magnetization principle, magneticenergy and magnetic force is described in detail. Combined with the relevant theory ofelectromagnetic field, the magnetic field of proportional solenoid is analyzed and themagnetic circuit model was built. Then based on the magnetic circuit model, theworking mechanism of proportional solenoid is analyzed.Based on the finite element theory, the realization process of three-dimensionalfinite element analysis method is introduced. Taking the proportional solenoid of sometype proportional valve as the object, the parametric simulation of suctioncharacteristics is realized with the help of Maxwell software, and the simulation resultsare compared with the experimental results, which verifies the correctness of thesimulation method.The parametric simulation method of the suction characteristics of proportionalsolenoid is extended to engineering application, and the variation of electromagneticsuction in different sections of current and stroke is discussed. And then the theoreticalanalysis is carried out.Achievements of the dissertation are summarized and the further research work isput forward....
