Up to now, there are a lot of project construction organization management system is not very perfect, technical ability is not advanced enough, can not meet the current needs of the society of construction, and the construction period is longer, can not be established in accordance with the time for completion of the project; not only invested relatively greater, but also not enough competitive advantage.
