Study Of Effectiveness Evaluation Of C~4ISR Communication Network System Based On Gray Hierarchy Model

In modern warfare, particularly in the information technology, networking battlefield environment, as the key support of C4 ISR communications network can be scattered in space, air, sea and land types of reconnaissance and surveillance systems, information processing systems, command and control system, fire fight system fused to achieve uninterrupted communication between the various elements of the battlefield. Faced with an uncertain future international battlefield environment, the modern war on C4 ISR carrier- military communication networks have become increasingly demanding, military communications network performance assessment is to determine whether it can meet the operational requirements or to meet an operational level of effective demand way. However, the military communication network performance assessment, there are many uncertain factors, how to reduce the risk of these factors on the final operational decisions brought to obtain a stable and reliable evaluation of the results, in order to meet the needs of military communications and battle for supports the decision to provide the scientific basis for effective is an urgent need to address the issue, but also a complicated systematic project. Thesis is to C4 ISR communication network performance perspective, gray theory relevant method references, give full play to the advantages of gray theory in dealing with uncertain information, from the perspective of quantitative analysis to explore the construct C4 ISR communication network performance evaluation model.
