As the economy of the Baiyin city continues to develop and the degree of urbanization increases,the load level and line density of the urban distribution network increase year by year.In addition,in recent years,the external environment of the power grid has deteriorated,and the number of grid equipment damages and faults caused by users has shown an upward trend year by year.In view of the current situation,in order to improve the reliability and operation and maintenance management level of the Baiyin distribution network and ensure the rapid development of the regional economy,it is imperative to build a distribution automation system.This thesis mainly studies the technical route and construction plan of the Baiyin distribution automation system,and uses the post-project evaluation method to evaluate the system operation effectiveness and put forward the evaluation conclusion.In the system feasibility study and scheme design process,first analyze the grid structure of high and low voltage power grids in Baiyin City,and fully draw on the experience of distribution automation construction in key cities such as Qingdao and Hangzhou to determine the design direction and goals of Baiyin.Secondly,according to the "13th Five-Year Plan" of the Baiyin distribution network,the engineering design is prepared in an annual manner to determine the equipment capacity of the main station system,the system deployment mode,the transformation of the communication system,the switch of the switch on the distribution column,and the terminal construction plan.Then determine the software and hardware platform implementation plan of the distribution automation system in the Baiyin area,select the system technical architecture,verify the consistency of the system function and the expected goals.Finally,according to the relevant content of the construction of distribution automation system in Baiyin City,combined with the advantages of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and entropy weight method,an improved multi-level FAHP evaluation model is constructed,and the objectivity method with strong objectivity is adopted.Determine the system indicator weight of the project,calculate the membership degree,and invite experts to score the post-project evaluation.In the conclusion part,this thesis verifies the pre-evaluation content of the Baiyin distribution automation system by constructing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The operation data collected by the system after 2 years of operation verified the results of the post-evaluation of the project and proved the construction distribution automation.The system can effectively improve the management,economic and social benefits of the regional distribution network,and proves that the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method using entropy weight is very feasible both theoretically and practically,and can be used for the construction of distribution automation system.Effective evaluation can be used as an important basis for investment decisions by power companies and investors.
