China High-speed Railway has a promising future.Compared with other means of transportation,G-series high-speed train has a larger capacity,low energy consumption,and has the advantages of safety,comfort and small pollution.The safety and stability of the sliding plug door system is one of the key factors in high-speed railway safety operation.This project is based on the needs of a high-performance,high-security system of the sliding plug door system.Through the reflection and further study on the defects of the existing sliding plug door controller,a more safe and reliable design module has been proposed in this article.First of all,based on the plug door system function requirements,present the detailed function design.Then,this article introduces the basic architecture and the realization of the dual-core communication foundation and makes the decision to choose the dual-core chip as the kernel control chip of the plug door controller.Through the comparison with the design method of the early control system,the chip of the design has chosen the chip OMAPL138,provided by TI company.According to the functions and architecture the sliding plug door,also,make full use of the chip features and on-chip resources,the peripheral circuit's schematic has been designed in modules,including the main chip selection and circuit design,power management module,storage module,voltage and current sampling module,digital input and output module,Ethernet communication module,SPI-CAN communication module,etc.Then,based on the chip characteristics of the functional division,the software design divided in two parts.Such as the realization of dual-core communication,Ethernet software functions in the master processor,open/close door function's software design in the slave processor,CAN communication design,timer function,fault diagnosis function,etc.Finally,through the hardware check and software debugging on the sliding plug door controller,including dual-core communication basic function test,Ethernet test,solving the problems appeared in the test,making design optimization.After long-term testing,the design has good stability and perfect function.
