As one of the important subsystems of high-speed train,door system plays an important role in the safe operation of train.Now the speed of high-speed train is getting faster and faster,so the requirement of door is getting higher and higher.Electric sliding plug door gradually replaces the pneumatic door because of its excellent sealing,high intelligence,high reliability,and the motor plays a decisive role in the performance of the whole electric sliding door system.Compared with the dc motors currently used in the train,permanent magnet synchronous motors maintain high performance and stability,which meet the requirements of train door system.According to the requirements of high-speed train for electric plug door,this thesis designs the control system of whole electric plug door,and experimental equipment demonstrates the effectiveness of the whole electric sliding plug door system.(1)This thesis studies the characteristics of DC brushless motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors and their differences in control algorithms.Aiming at the demand of the high speed train plug door system,a control scheme based on permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)space vector method to realize the sliding door system is proposed.(2)The thesis discusses the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in detail.The vector control algorithm is elaborated in this model.The control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed and the scheme is determined according to the current requirement.(3)According to the whole system scheme,the hardware design should be carried out with full consideration of electromagnetic compatibility.According to the requirements of vector control algorithm,current sampling circuit,encoder and hall detection circuit,dc bus voltage detection circuit and drive circuit are designed using TI DSP28335.In addition,fault memory circuits,RS232 circuits,and CAN bus circuits are designed based on the current requirement of electric sliding door.(4)Combined with hardware for software design,the current sampling circuit converts the A and B phase currents into the ADC port,at the same time,the CPU reads the current value and performs coordinate conversion,calculates the conduction time of the three-phase power tube,generates a space vector,and realizes motor control.Rotor position and rotor speed are obtained from encoder and hall detection circuit.RS232 circuit realizes data communication between CPU and upper computer,CAN circuit realizes data interactionThe experimental results demonstrate that the designed electric sliding door controller can control the door motion smoothly and meet the functional requirements.The obstacle detection function is realized in the process of opening and closing doors,and the linkage between doors and doors is realized through CAN bus,which also meets the expected requirement.
