Research On Construction Project Quality Management Of Xishanhu Hotel Intelligent Engineering

The construction project quality is inferior, not only related to the engineering application, but also related to people’s lives and property safety and social stability. Quality management determines the success or failure of the project, good quality is the ultimate goal of enterprise and the owner.This paper focuses on the quality management problems encountered in the West Lake Hotel intelligent in the process of project management:how in the limited personnel, materials, funds, ensure the quality of construction. In this paper, the total quality management and total quality management process is applied to the project, mainly through the beforehand control, course control and afterwards control to solve the problem of quality management, based on the comprehensive wiring system as an example, analysis of the various stages of quality management in the process of the factors, analysis of the main factors affect the project quality, including:people, materials, construction methods and the environment. And then analyze the factors that affect the quality of the solution by PDCA method.In the process of project quality management, we set up a scientific, efficient organization; we do not save material, material waste, improve material utilization; we improved the method of construction, improve construction efficiency; we optimize the construction environment, maintain good cooperation environment and the cooperation unit. We control the whole project quality, and ultimately achieve the requirements of the project contract, the project implementation of value-added goals; for future similar project play a guidance and reference role.
