With the upgrade of competition among Manufacturer companies, energy-saving and high-efficiency production methods have become the guideline in the development process of companies. However, human-machine interference problems will reduce the production capacity of manufacturing systems, and reduce the efficiency of personnel and equipment. Digging the human-machine interference mechanism and exploring the impact of human-machine interference factors and the impact on system’s performance helps enterprise to reduce the negative effect caused by the interference, reduce production costs and increase profit margins. Thus the enterprise will survive in the fierce competition forever.The background of this article is cell manufacturing systems, the human-machine interference issues study include three steps to achieve the purpose of the research. Firstly, describe the cause of human-machine interference, explore human-machine interference mechanism and establish the human-machine interference queuing network model. Secondly, propose the performance evaluation system of human-machine interference system, and establish a mathematical model to evaluate the performance of human-computer workstations and human-machine interference levels. Thirdly, explore the impact of four factors affecting the performance of human-machine interference, in order to receive some theoretical and meaningful conclusions.Firstly, study the queuing network that predecessors proposed to describe the man-machine system interference, and then explore the relations among parts, machines and operators. Based on this, delimit two types of mistakes of operator in the service process, and then embed the failure module in the man-machine interference queuing network. Thereby, establish part/machine open queuing network model and machine/operator closed queuing network model to describe the human-machine interference mechanism.Secondly, extract four key performance indicators from the human-machine workstation performance and interference level, which consist of workstation occupancy, staff utilization, machine effective utilization and interference time. Then, establish a mathematical model to evaluate the four indicators based on human-machine interference queuing network model established, point out the evaluation methods and evaluation process of human-machine interference system for the system impact study.Again, single factor influence study and double factors study are used to explore the influence relationship of human error, part arrival rate, the proportion of human-machine ratio and the ratio of personnel and machine tasks on the humanmachine interference system performance. Then, summarize some theoretical research value and practical significance findings.This article combines queuing network model and mathematical model to research human-machine interference system, explain the process of human- machine interference, and evaluate the performance of human-machine interference system. And based on this, have explored the influence of many factors on the human-machine system performance, and provide a new research path for researching the human-machine interference problem.
