Delicacy Management is an idea,a culture.It is a business management concept originating in developed countries,it is the social division of labor refinement,and refinement of the service quality to the inevitable requirement of modern management,is established on the basis of conventional management,and the conventional management to further the basic idea and the management pattern,is a kind of to minimize management of resources and reduce management cost as the main target management method.On the thermal power plant as China petroleum fushun petrochemical company subordinate state-owned enterprises,due to long-term monopoly consciousness and the influence of planned economy,the lack of advanced management consciousness and management methods,there is no good to fine the meaning of the necessity of management concept in the enterprise management application.In keeping enterprise product price,the price of coal continued high,under the condition of enterprise operating costs is greatly increased,eventually leading to fondle declining the economic benefits of thermal power plants,facing losses of enterprises difficult.In thermal power plant on the special operation background,how to control the enterprise operating costs,reduce waste.reduce the unit cost of the products is the only way to solve the problems at present enterprise,it is pressing for enterprises to adopt more advanced management concept and management methods,improve enterprise management level.Based on the actual production of the Fuhua thermal power plant,this paper analyzes the following management problems that exist in the company:there is no scientific safety management system in terms of safety management,and there is no safety warning for accident prone areas and operational risk areas.Underinvestment in safety education and awareness among staff;In terms of production management,waste products,production tools and production materials on the production site are piled up in confusion,and the sanitary environment is poor,there are more command levels on the production site,and the production costs of enterprises are high;In terms of equipment management,equipment failures can not be judged and handled at the first time,there is a lack of standardized equipment ledgers,and the current inspection mode can not effectively diagnose the operation of equipment.Planned maintenance results in continuous parking of major equipment for a short period of time;In terms of human resources,the organization is bloated,the efficiency is low,there is no scientific performance appraisal system and compensation system,and there is no outstanding management talent and technical backbone.This paper has designed some refined management schemes for Fuhua Thermal Power Plant through the research of refined management concepts and methods.Through the implementation and application of refined management schemes in enterprises,Fuhua Thermal Power Plant has solved its original management problems to a certain extent.It has reduced waste in the production process,reduced the production costs of enterprises,ensured the safety of personnel and the stable operation of equipment,and improved the management ability and technical level of employees.Finally,with the minimum cost for customers to provide a stable power and thermal products,the greatest degree of improvement of corporate economic benefits...
