The Color Research Of Traditional Dwelling Houses In Fujian Province

In today’s world,with the advance of urbanization process,traditional residential building is gradually replaced by modern architecture,the protection of residential building is slowly weakening, Many cities and towns planning completely abandoned the inheritance of traditional color,the state of the new urban and rural areas on color is chaotic.Therefore, it is urgent to start the study and protection of the traditional residential building. The research of Fujian traditional residential building color, main to arouse the people’s attention to traditional color, and provide the guidance and reference to the urban and rural planning and construction in Fujian province.This paper expounds the factors affecting the formation of traditional Chinese architecture color first;then analyses the reasons for the formation of Fujian traditional residential color,from the view of natural, material, engineering technology, history, culture,combining with its own characteristics in Fujian province. Then after on-the-spot investigation,research,analysis,and summary of the Fujian traditional residential buildings, to take the in-depth discussion and summary from the main color composition of the walls,roof,interior in Fujian traditional residential areas.In the end,according to the different main hue of Fujian traditional residential buildings from roughly divided into red, yellow area, grey area, tan area, and then compare the main colors of the area.In addition, the paper analyzes the color protection of Fujian traditional residential buildings from the status quo, on the current situation put forward the principle of unity and the environment, the principle of authenticity, and principle of sustainable development, and formulate a series of relevant methods to resolve the problem, at the same time to take specific analysis to the protection of traditional residential buildings color and use,take the case of the three alleys and seven lanes repair and retrofit for the example.
