| In 2014, the total annual energy consumption of Harbin Railway Bureau is 1.9534 million tons of standard coal, which is in the second place of the whole railway network.The coal consumption is 1.2567 million tons, accounting for 48.26% of the total energy consumption.There are 1615coal-fired boilers, 30 steam boilers and 1585 hot water boilers.Hot water boilersare used for heating of each unit.Steam boilers are used for production, dining room, laundry and bathing of maintenance and vehicle systems.China is the largest country in the coal production and consumption in the world. The industrial coal-fired boilers pollute the environment badly and the efficiency of them is low. In view of this kind of situation, the State Council Promulgated‘Action Plan For the Control of Air Pollution’,Heilongjiang province governmentissued ‘the Notice of the Detailed Rules for the Implementationof the Heilongjiang Province People’s Government Concerning the Action Plan for the Control of Air Pollution in Heilongjiang Province’.According to the requirements of the state and local government, Harbin Railway Administrationwill abandon 524 boilers to the end of 2017. If we don’t remould these coal fired steam boilers, once stop using, the Harbin Railway Administration will have big problems in operations.So the bureau begins an arrangement of heating boilers renovation work in a planned way from 2015. It will be finished in 2017 to produce assurance agency operations security and stability in an orderly way.In this article, the point of penetrationis the economy of the carbon dioxide heat pump heating renovation projectof Harbin Railway Administration,making further research from carbon dioxide heat pump heating renovation project of energy consumption and operating cost, comparing with 3alternative boilers as the oil burning boiler, gas-fired boiler and electric boiler to determine the economic feasible coal-fired boiler retrofit scheme. The renovation project can be used as a cold area demonstration project of coal-fired boiler renovation project andprovidethe heating project of Harbin Railway Administration and even nationwide railway systemwiththe scientific basis and experience.This article is divided into four chapters. First of all, this article introduces the general situation of the project and the goal need to achieveafter the completion.Then, this article conducts a comprehensive analysis on the energy consumption and operation cost and investment situationof original heating schemes and four alternative schemes, then selects the best scheme from four alternative schemes.This article comes to the conclusion after the analysis:The energy consumption and the operating cost of the CO2 heat pump is the lowest and there is no pollution. After the reformingproject, it optimizes the energy structure, reduces the energy consumption and the operation cost, improves the efficiency of the equipment, reduce the labourintensity of workers. It has significant benefits on energy saving and economy. It can improve the working environment and increase the enthusiasm of the workers at the same time.In the CO2 heat pump reforming project of Harbin Railway Bureau, the part which is put into use runs well. The investment of the project still has some surplus. The CO2 heat pump technology could be popularized and used in the reforming of heating boilers and engineering construction in the future. |
