Research On Quality Management Of Construction Project

With the rapid development of China’s national economy, construction industry has been constantly expanding, plays a more and more important role in the national economy. At the same time, to improve the construction engineering quality management level must, project quality has been improved significantly. However, with the rapid development of construction industry, engineering quality and safety problems also significantly increased, especially some great quality safety accident happened, the bad social influence. Construction engineering quality management, in a sense deciding the success or failure of construction project, is the core of construction engineering project management. Our country after joining the WTO, facing the intense international competition and challenges, puts forward higher standards on construction engineering quality management capabilities and requirements.In this paper, the construction project quality management related to the relevant concepts, understand the domestic and foreign research situation on construction engineering quality management, and connecting with the construction project quality management in our country, the main problems in the research on quality management and control are analyzed.First of all, in this paper, the systemic research on the process of construction engineering quality management development, and connecting with the domestic and foreign research status on the further interpretation, pointed out our country the main problems existing in the construction project quality management.Second, to the interpretation of the concept of construction engineering quality management, analyzes the main factors influencing construction engineering quality management and corresponding measures for strengthening quality management.Finally, combined with an instance of a financial center project, combining theory with practice, illustrates the construction engineering construction stage of quality management method, the key is to improve the quality of construction personnel consciousness, to improve the quality of products.
