The shortage of non-renewable energy and the pollution of ecological environment are the main problem in the process of rapid development. Under the background of the global low carbon economy, the electric car with the characteristic of zero emission, highly popular, is gradually becoming the inevitable trend of auto industry development. The main factor influencing the normal operation of the electric car is energy supply problem. Good electric energy supply system layout can promote the popularity of electric cars vigorously. Therefore, how to determine the site of electric car energy supply system, according to the influence factors of alternative address, has become the most important problem at present stage.To optimize the electric car energy supply system layout, based on the perspective of project decision makers, this paper studied the present development of electric vehicle and its energy supply system, then build the layout of energy supply index system about electric cars. The building of evaluation index system about energy supply systems, makes the evaluation of the site energy supply system more systematic and standardization, and promotes the location of electric car energy supply system scientific and universal applicability.The purpose of comprehensive evaluation is to make decisions based on the evaluation results. The affecting factors of the electric car location energy supply system are numerous. These factors are both quantitative and qualitative. Choosing the appropriate comprehensive evaluation model can reach the optimal evaluation results. This paper introduced the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method detailed, and then combined with the location factors of electric car energy supply system to build the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The process of using this model to evaluate site is divided into four parts. Firstly, determine the index weight. Use AHP to determine the index weight. Secondly, determine the comment set and membership degree. This step by establishing the evaluation set and membership degree to provide the bases of evaluation results. Thirdly, determine the fuzzy operator. Select proper fuzzy operator to operate. Finally, process the evaluation results, using the maximum membership degree evaluation method and weight average evaluation method to deal with the results in order to help policymakers do decisions.
