| With the rapid formation of the high-speed railway network in China, the issues related to high-speed railway station area have aroused intensive attention, including the developing mechanism & types, spatial layout and so on. This thesis takes the 13 stations in Anhui Province for samples, focusing on three essential problems, i.e. the principal influence factors on the development of cities of various scales, the features of development type and composing structure of the high-speed railway station and the coping strategies for the construction of high-speed railway stations. Based on the qualitative and quantitative analyses, this paper employs theoretical and empirical researches on the dynamic factors and developing styles and finally proposes potential guiding strategies of the development of high-speed railway stations.To start with, after reviewing the related researches both at home and abroad, the thesis analyzes the influences of the high-speed railway construction on city development. Meanwhile, the basic theories are teased out from economical, social and technological aspects. And then the theoretical foundation of this thesis is confirmed and current situation and problems are summarized in the research of high-speed railway stations. Thus, the theoretical and technological supports of the paper are provided thereby.Besides, utilizing regression linear clustering analysis method, the correlation between annual development capacity and six kinds of influencing factors is calculated from overall and partial relevance to explore the actual influencing factors on the development of highspeed railway station areas. There are several findings in the research. First, the development of high-speed railway station areas in metropolis is impacted by city and station factors; the aggregation index is the key indicator of its developing potentials. The construction of station area is more sensitive to the exact station sites and urban railway system can promote the development to a large extent. Second, for the medium-sized cities, the development depends on the economical development level and it requires a higher rate of urbanization. The spatial distance between the downtown areas and the stations is the crucial factor of the accessibility to the station and policy guide is the internal motivation of the station construction. Third, generally cities exert lower influence on station areas, and the station construction relies on the spatial expansion of cities. At the same time, policy development focuses on time consequence and station zone is another limiting factor.In addition, depending on the analyses of the basic functions of high-speed railway areas and the examples of station constructions in other countries, the developing types are sorted out. In the end, the interactions between city space and station areas are summarized, and coping strategies are put forward for the further development of the station areas from the scale, location and construction styles of the station area.Finally, the black spots and problems during the research are summed up and some predictions are mentioned on the theoretical trend of the future development of station areas. |
