Design And Realization Of Highway Electro-Mechanical Equipment Maintaince Budget Quota System Based On B/S

Highway maintenance in C hina has attracted more and more attentio n under the background of the growing highway mileage and the fo rmation of highway network. With the maintenance concept of standardization, informationization and economizing penetrating gradually, standardized maintenance management has become increasingly prominent, especially the quota management of highway electro-mechanical equipment maintenance.But for now, the highway electro- mechanical equipment maintenance work is not standardized and improved, especially the maintenance budget, whose accuracy of the results will bring great influence to the maintenance work. Therefore, to establish a comprehensive quota system of expressway electro- mechanical equipment maintenance has become a scientific and effective measures for maintenance cost. O n this basis, develop ing a set of highway electro- mechanical equipment maintenance budget quota system based on B/S and realizing the combination of the highway electro-mechanical maintenance cost quota and information manage ment has become significant trends in the development of the highway maintenance and management.The paper studies the composition of the highway electro- mechanical system and its function of each subsystem. And it claasifies mechanical and electrical equipment into a three-tier system combined with the actual needs of enterprises according to its relevant cha racteristics. Based on current reality of the electro-mechanical maintenance and the quota system in Transportation Construction Group in Shaanxi Province, the paper also attempts to study the composition and calculation method of highway electromechanical eq uipment on a normed budget for mantenance.In order to complete the program of highway electro- mechanical equipment maintaince budget quota management and its calculation of the cost, based on studying the theory of maintaince quota, the calculation of the maintaince budget cost and the business process, this paper complete the requirement analysis of budget quota system, the design of overall structure and the design o f function modules and database. Then, we adopt the programming framework of Spring+ Spring MVC +Hibernate+ jQuery EasyUI based on B/S and introduce fine-grained privilege management control scheme based on the combination of RBAC and Shiro. O n this basis, we use the database views combined with FineReprot Designer to enable calculation and ana lysis of the costs of the maintaince budget. As a result, the procedure of system is completing.Finally, according to a case application and its test results, the budget system whose re-sult is reliable and which is beautiful and practical can meet the de mands and improves the highway electro-mechanical maintenance budget management work efficiency effectively.
