Study On The Quota Budget And Reasonable Cost Of Asphalt Pavement Highway Project Routine Maintenance In Chongqing

A fixed standard and management system of maintenance fees which are establishing and perfecting the highway engineering project routine maintenance, those are the problems to study and solve for the highway maintenance management department. The scientific and reasonable fixed standards and the maintenance costs of management systems have great significance to improve the highway maintenance method and the technical level.Based on the maintenance current and the maintenance fee management system of the chongqing expressway daily maintenance, I research and formulate the overall thinking,which is'analyze the current situation, research on the system, obtain the effective results, guide highway maintenance', and with this idea to study. This paper research the technique route, use working method of realism to collect the data of maintenance projects, use the weighted average method and calculation method of MATLAB7.01 to analyze the data of quota, calculate the highway daily maintenance quantity by systematic analysis and linear regression in order to formulate the reasonable expenses standard of the highway daily maintenance projects, use theoretical analysis and engineering practice inspecting technique to develop the specific research work.According to the actual situation of chongqing highway,I conducted a systematic analysis and research for the maintenance frequency and maintenance technology in roads construction of daily maintenance; to make the investigation and analysis of the highway traffic, pavement structure characteristics, all kinds of diseases of roads, adopted measures and curing measures which were applied by materials, machinery, types, people did a wide range of social investigation to maintenance cost management system together with chongqing highway maintenance technology and capital allocation features. Through extensive theoretical calculation and analysis, people finally made maintenance of fixed standards and reasonable costs of conservation management of the fixed program, which fitted for Chongqing highway engineering characteristics of the daily maintenance. A new technology, especially for the daily maintenance of individualized highway is beneficial to the popularization and application of the new technology. Preparing the standard of highway daily maintenance projects reasonable expenses supply evidence for the effective management and maintenance of money wisely. Highway maintenance management department can scientifically determine and reasonably use the maintenance fund when they have the scientific valuation. The standard promotes social economic development and sustainable development of highways.
