Based On The Multidimensional View Of Large Public Landscape Project Performance Evaluation Research

Public landscape projects as a type of public projects, has received the widespread attention in recent years, this is because along with the rapid development of economy,environmental problems increasingly serious, forcing the focus of the public projects tend to improve the environment and to improve the quality of the city. The main purpose of the public landscape project is through the building in the city green land and wetland, in order to improve the air environment, and improve the quality of the city, which is in the next few years will become hot spots of public investment projects.Large public landscape projects because of its investment and covers an area of big,carry on the project performance evaluation research is of substantive significance, not only can carry on the analysis to the completed project performance research, on the later more scientific and effective reference for similar projects. Based on the fully comb project performance theory at home and abroad, especially on the basis of the theory of public project performance, on the basis of through theoretical construct evaluation system and combined with actual case analysis research method, research on performance evaluation of large public landscape projects for, mainly includes:1, in this paper, the research background, purpose and significance of this article, on the basis of a lot of reading literature at home and abroad, combing out especially for project performance at home and abroad research status of public project performance.2, the related theories and methods for performance evaluation of public landscape projects, through the public landscape project performance evaluation theory research,combined with the characteristics of large public landscape projects, from multiple dimensions: environment dimension, society dimension and economic dimension build up the evaluation index system.
