| According to the Fifth Census data, The old aged65and above in our country accounted for8.87%of the total population up to2000, which indicated the society had already stepped into Old Age Society in our country basically,Kunming is earlier than the national in1991to10.6%the proportion of aging population has already stepped into Old Age Society.With the increase of aging population,how to solve the problem of elders is key to social stability and development.Through the development of community service of the elderly industry,not only beneficial to meet the challenge of population aging,but also reduce the pressure of the government and promote social and economic development.Nowadays,policy regulation not perfect,lack of supervision and professional staff, single industry structure, are common in community service of the elderly industry.City community service for the elderly industry development of backward may be caused by several factors,but the quality of human resources in community service of the elderly professional skills,develops inadequacy,low human resource management level,which become the major factor for restricting its development.The thesis focuses on the community service of elderly human resource in Kunming City,with the theories of HR, from the macro and micro levels,the present situation for service of the elderly in urban community in Kunming, and system analyses the current situation of the human resources of the service of the elderly in city community in Kunming, discussion on appropriate method for the service of the elderly industry human resource development in city community in Kunming.This paper firstly expounds the background and significance of the service of the elderly industry human resource development in city community in Kunming,by analyzing the current related research situation at home and abroad,discusses the limitation of the current research,and explicit the paper content and method studied.secondly,defining relative concepts and explaining the relevant theory.Thirdly analysis of the necessity of the development of the service of the elderly industry in city community from qualitative,analysis of the demand for the service of the elderly industry human resource development in city community from quantify,though collection of related data,with the help of DPS9.1soft to analyze the data,inspect analysis result and get the final result.Fourthly,combined with the service of the elderly human resource development in city community in Kunming conditions,and analyses the present situation and problems of full-time personnel and part-time personnel in different aspects.Finally,according to the current problem of the service of the elderly industry human resource development in city community in Kunming,and gives some solutions and development strategies. |
