From1960’s, the influence of the perception of organizational politics on individuals and organizations is widely concerned by the theory circle and practice circle, the employees’ perceptions of organizational politics directly affects the work attitude and behavior of employees, the perception of organizational politics has become an important subject of science and human resources management organizational behavior.Because there are different industry background and occupational characteristics, staff perceptions of organizational politics may have a different understanding, and thus perceptions of organizational politics and its various dimensions of the individual’s job involvement will produce different effects. In the enterprise environment, the scarcity of resources exist in the enterprise organizational politics perceptions are not bound by the criteria within the organization, and state-owned enterprises this phenomenon more apparent. In addition, the study of the relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and foreign scholars and job engagement has not yet reached a consensus, employees of state enterprises and research organizations on the political consciousness of the work is still in effect put a blank stage, the state-owned enterprise employees to explore perceptions of organizational politics, help to improve the performance of state-owned enterprise management, increase employee job engagement. In this paper, the state-owned enterprise employees as research object, the perception of organizational politics as variables, job engagement as the dependent variable, non-work tendency as moderator, puts forward hypothesis and constructs a model. Among them, the perception of organizational politics includes interpersonal perception, self consciousness, and development consciousness. In this study, a total of250questionnaires,230were recovered,220effective questionnaires, and use SPSS data statistics method, through correlation analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis of influence of after80employees perceptions of organizational politics and job engagement, regulation and non work tendency which plays in the perception of organizational politics and job engagement.Through the empirical research, this study gets the following conclusions:(1) Employees of state-owned enterprises at present stage whole perception of organizational politics at the medium level, including employee perception of self perception of the highest, reflect the Employee generally facing the organization benefits and promotion problem; interpersonal also reached the middle level; development of perception was the lowest, at medium level.(2) Perceived organizational political involvement has significant negative influence on work.(3) Non-work trend to play a regulatory role in the different levels of perceptions of organizational politics and job engagement.Organizational politics perceptions of employees of state enterprises Interpersonal perception, perception of self-interest and perception of the work put into the development of a significant negative predictor role in supporting the negative correlation on the perceptions of organizational politics and job engagement.The empirical results show that: the perception of organizational politics perception and self perception of interpersonal dimensions have prediction effect on turnover intention, perceived investment development did not predict effect on work; non-work tendency between interpersonal perception and job engagement plays a regulatory role. In order to improve the work efficiency, reduce the negative impact of the perception of organizational politics on employee and organization management, this paper will propose suggestions from six aspects.
