In contemporary organizations, good communication is essential. It can not only improve coordination between employees, but also help organizations to improve decision-making methods. This is an extraordinary competitive world, in which if one enterprise want to be succeed and survive. Only the managers’intelligence is not enough, more and more companies want their employess can dare to offer suggestions for them.Therefore, it is especially important to encourage employees to actively offer suggestions. As a way of staff involved in management, voice behavior can improve the quality of decision-making and management efficiency. However, in reality, employee voice behavior extremely lacks and how to improve the enthusiasm on employees’ voice is a question which worth managers’consideration.Proactive personality is an important personality factor affecting employee voice behavior, previous studies have shown that influence outcomes of the proactive personality includes individuals and organizations. So far, researches on proactive personality almost are based on western culture background. In China, the study of proactive personality measurement, evaluation and the influence outcomes is poor; it is less in empirical aspects. Most of the existing researches analyze the impact on the employees’ voice from the view of organizational factors; fewer researches take the point of employees. But from the observable facts, proactive personality characteristics of employees are more likely to produce voice behavior. However, few studies have explored the role of proactive personality on employee voice behavior and less attention to regulating factor between them.Most recent researches in mainland are an overview of perceived organizational support, poractive personality and employee voice behavior. Many of them are theoretical researches, and lack breakthrongh innovation. This study will regard organizational support as a moderator to discuss the impact of impact of proactive personality on employee voice behavior in a fresh perpective. And perceived organizational support will be divided into work support, value identification (recognition of employees feel the organization to its values related issues), and care benefits, employee voice is divided intopromote advice and inhibitory advice.This paper verified theoretical hypothesis and research model by means of empirical and got the following conclusions:proactive personality and promoting advice, inhibitory advice have significant positive correlation; work support, value identification dimensions of organizational support can effectively influence promote advice and inhibitory advice. Care benefits dimension does not play a regulatory role.Finally, we analyzed and discussed the results of the study, gave the corresponding management recommendationson on the basis of the results and pointed out the short comings and future research direction.
