Study On Urban Land Use Performance Evaluation In Central City Of Kunming City

The city is an important product of human civilization progress, the prosperityand development of city has important significance for the social and economicdevelopment. One of the important sign of urbanization is land urbanization. In recentyears the land use in China urban construction was moving ahead at a good rate.Improve the benefits of urban land and make the evaluation of the performance, couldmake the reference for the development status of the city and provide effectivesuggestions for its late development.This research from the angle of geography and economy, use the man-landrelationship theory, smart growth theory, land rent theory as the theoreticalbasis,using literature,data statistics, software localization, the qualitativedescription,quantitative analysis, field investigation and comprehensive statisticalanalysis method, first systematically studied at home and abroad on the urban landuse a review, and then analyzes the constraints and resource environment of Kunmingcity space, summarizes the theory and method of evaluation of the Land UtilizationCenter City, at last select the city land use intensity, city investment, land resources,city land benefit, ecological benefit and socialconstruction land input output dynamicchange trend in5aspects26indexes to construct the construction of Kunming cityland use performance evaluation system.Finally, this study selected Kunming Wuhua District, Guandu District, PanlongDistrict, Xishan District and Chenggong New District as an empirical study,throughthe calculation of evaluation results and analysis, obtained Kunming city urban useevaluation results: at present, Kunming city center city overall urban use performancein the general level, Wuhua District, Panlong District, Guandu district the overallurban use performance is good, Xishan District,Chenggong District, the overall landuse performance in general level, and according to the district and regionaldifferentiation problems, summed up the answer to use of city center of Kunmingurban land efficiently.
