| The development of enterprises cannot do without the performance of individuals and organizations. Performance management is through the establishment of performance planning, performance executing, performance evaluating, performance feedback, application of performance results and improving the performance of the target, thus continuing to improve personal performance of organization and promote enterprise development. With the coming of the information era, and the further development of the network technology, the competition between internet firms is increasingly fierce. Meanwhile, the innovation plays a decisive role to the development of firms. And research(R & D) staffs make a significant difference in the innovation. But because of the transient history of the Internet development and the complexity and particularity of R & D staffs’ work, the performance management of R & D staffs in the Internet enterprises has become an important research issue of both theoretical and realistic significance.Company Z is a typical Internet enterprise. Above all, this article elaborated the main theories and methods of the domestic and foreign achievements of the performance management. In addition, by the way of a questionnaire survey we understood the performance management status of the R & D staffs in Z, diagnosed the main problems and deeply analysed of the causes, combined with the characteristics of R & D staffs of Z, finally designed a performance management system for Z company’s R & D staffs. In this paper, the optimization and design of the performance management system in the following aspects: performance appraisal index and weight, performance appraisal cycle, evaluation method, evaluation subject, performance appraisal process, application of performance evaluation results, and the implementation of security performance.This paper aims to redesign performance management system for the Internet enterprise R & D staff, further enrich the theory of the performance management system for the Internet enterprise R & D staff, solve practical problems, and on this basis, hope to have reference meaning to other company. |
