As the mainstay of modern society, after 80, under pressure from all sides, such as:work, talent competition is intense, after 80 employees must constantly improve their professional accomplishment to achieve their goals; and now the rising house prices in Beijing by one piece a few years ago, thousands of square meters up to now tens of thousands of pieces of a square meter price. Dual pressure from work, life is easy to make the employee produc tired feeling, and this kind of tired feeling will be reflected in the staff’s daily performance and work attitude. Studies show that if employees because of work, life, and social and so on various reasons caused job burnout feeling, will give themselves, as well as a very negative impact in enterprise. In the relevant domestic research of job burnout, however, few studies have 80 employees as the research object,after the purpose of this paper is to understand the status of the 80 after the employee’s job burnout, and job characteristics relationship with employees’ job burnout situation after 80,at the same time validation of perceived organizational support to adjust the relationship between the two, characteristics and job burnout for the future research work provides a new way of thinking. In this paper, the research idea is as follows:First of all, summarizes relevant literature, based on the literature theory, put forward in this paper, the hypothesis; Secondly, on the basis of the mature scale design questionnaire, collecting the related data; Again, to test reliability and validity of the collected data, using SPSS software for statistical data to conform to the standard analysis,the main use of statistical methods are: independent sample T test, single factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, verify the hypothesis of this article; Finally, on the basis of this article conclusion put forward reasonable Suggestions.This paper studies the main conclusion is as follows:1) after 80 employees’ job burnout in the average level, emotional exhaustion and low satisfaction relative to the dehumanization should be on the high side;2)after the 80 employees have a certain correlation, job characteristics and job burnout and job characteristics has certain prediction effect to job burnout;3)Perceived organizational support the value of identity and interests concerned can relieve work characteristics to some extent influence on employees’ job burnout after 80;4)After 80 employees’ job burnout level in the work life of significant differences,professional type and degree.After the innovation point of this article is based on 80 employees as the research object, has enriched the scope of the local study of job burnout, at the same time, from the Angle of perceived organizational support, job characteristics on the influence of job burnout, provides new ideas for research.
