Travel gets more and more attention of people in recent years. Tourism service as an important part of our country’s service trade, has also gotten more and more attention.The development of the tourism service is an important index of a country’s comprehensive strength and overall competitiveness. Recently there is a hot discussion about whether China has a huge export deficit in tourism service. Now with the rapid development of the overall tourism trade in China, someone has put up a new concept which is the whole concept of tourist service in both import and export. We need to think it over and over that,whether China should continue to focus on the performance of tourism service trade in export only. Therefore, this article will focus on export status of China’s tourism trade and pay attention to the competitiveness of tourism export.This paper introduces the background of selected topic significance, literature review and research methods firstly, then analyses the theoretical applicability. Through the base data visual analysis and index analysis on the present situation and the competitiveness of China’s tourism service,we have a more clear understanding of China’s tourism export situation. We found that China’s tourism service trade export mostly focused on the inbound countries in Asia. The contents of the tourist export are mostly focuses on natural scenery and meeting business. Through the index analysis, we found the export competitiveness of tourism service trade in China has been weak, and showed a trend of worsening. Under the guidance of porter’s "diamond model" five representative factors,have been used to make regression analysis. After that, we found that the export of tourism trade has a positive correlation with the numbers of our country’s domestic visitor and the openness of our country, but it has a negative correlation with the travel agency quantity and imports. The number of star-rated hotels has no long-term and stable relationship with tourism export.After all of these analysis, this paper argues that our country is exporter in general,but export competitiveness is weak and is deteriorating. These cases showed that China’s tourism trade in services has many shortcomings in terms of exports. We proposed policy Suggestions on the disadvantage in the international market. In order to express it a more comprehensive and more detailed way. The countermeasures in this article will be divided into the macro and micro aspects. Proposes the countermeasure for the entire industry’s trade situation first, then we mainly divided tourism export into three categories, business,vacation and culture to find the countermeasures.
