Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Process Of Urbanization In Dezhou City

Urbanization is the inevitable trend of social development, is also an important symbol ofmodernization. The west’s urbanization started early, level is higher, the development isrelatively mature, most of the western developed countries urbanization rate is over80%.According to the statistics, China’s urbanization rate reached54.77%, the level of developmentwas only at the level of developed countries in the1930s or so. The current rapid developmentof urbanization in our country is in a historical period, especially in recent years, thephenomenon of the rural population to urban migration, it is one of the distinctive features of thisdevelopment process. But at this stage in the process of urbanization in our country the problemof unbalanced, uncoordinated and unsustainable still prominent, the unreasonable industrialstructure, agriculture as the foundation is weak, the urban and rural area developmentuncoordinated, and many other problems still exist. This fully indicates that the development ofurbanization is not only a process of the rural population into urban population, it also includesthe pattern of economic development and change of industrial structure, in this process willgradually in our country by the agricultural economy gradually shift to the city economy,industry structure will also realize benign one, two, three industry support and interaction, at thesame time, the second and third industry gathered themselves together, and will continue to towntown number, size and quality. In addition to people’s life style, cultural quality, values, couldalso have bigger change.Urbanization as a new engine, the future of China’s economic and social development is thegreatest potential for expanding domestic demand, can effectively promote economic growth, tomaintain long-term stable development of national economy security. Urbanization andindustrialization, informationization, agricultural modernization as stimulating the economicdevelopment of China’s new "four carriages", is shouldering the maintain long-term stabledevelopment of national economy, break the urban and rural dual system to reduce the gapbetween urban and rural areas, adjusting industrial structure and optimize the allocation ofresources such as social development. This paper USES literature review, field investigation,comparative analysis method, analyzes on the problems existing in the urbanization process, theintegration of urban and rural integration theory, the structure of the urban and rural dualitytheory and the rural construction theory and "three" in recent years, the author at the grassrootswork experience, put forward the countermeasures.This article is divided into five parts. The first part of introduction, main selected topicreason and the significance, present situation and trend of urbanization construction at home and abroad to study, research methods, etc. The second part describes the theoretical basis and therelated concepts in the urbanization process. Third part analysis the main contradictions in theurbanization process and trouble. The fourth part mainly introduces the successful experience ofdomestic and foreign urbanization construction and lessons. The fifth part puts forwardcountermeasures of dilemma and contradiction of urbanization.
