Traditional way of migration, however, with the development of economic society gradually produced some new problems, in the process of urbanization and mountainous area can’t ignore some realistic difficulties, in the process of migration of insufficient government financial support and public service supply, unsustainable, move after the immigration, integration into the new life and production and business environment are the problems of the government is unable to avoid. Since the new period, along with our country urbanization speed accelerating, under the guidance of scientific concept of development, the government to protect the natural ecological concept gradually deepening, the reason of migration policy guidance and a new change, remote mountainous areas of migration is endowed with new meaning, restore ecological balance has become important considerations for the construction of urbanization in remote mountains.This article mainly through to the actual situation of our migration and related policy and the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars in migration policy, a county in southern Shaanxi-Shan Yang district as the research object, the system introduced the Shan Yang district in the new era migration policy guidance and specific practices in the work, combined with concrete examples to explore the experience of the Shan Yang district practices and related policies and defects, for our country in the western region, especially in the mountains of south Shaanxi migration issues to explore under the scientific outlook on development lead, adhere to the people-centered, conform to the concept of ecological civilization path new migration policy.
