With the gradual advance of the Silk Road economic belt construction, the development of regional economic cooperation, in the "policy of communication, roads Unicom, trade flow, currency in circulation and the people communicate," the collaborative approach of the "road Unicom", "Trade flow" and other policy background, based on the theory of China Development Economics, using qualitative and quantitative research, combined with international trade theory and economic growth theory combining research results. This article explores the Silk Road economic belt logical causality " road Unicom " and "trade flow" and regional economic growth, regional economic zone on China’s Silk Road "Road Unicom" case (allocation efficiency of the transport infrastructure) were analyzed, decomposition of the driving action research study on China’s Silk Road trade economic zone economic growth, further analysis of the relationship between the "Road Unicom", "Trade flow" and Silk Road economic belt economic growth.The main use of the following three methods to make an empirical study:Firstly, LYQ decomposition method. LYQ objective function decomposition method the structural logic causal chain and mathematical analysis, further growth of the objective function to reflect changes in the relationship between influencing factors in the middle of the variables of generalization. Secondly, The DEA-Malmquist Index Analysis. DEA Model based on the concept of relative efficiency, this is used for evaluation of the same type of input and output decision unit is effectively a nonparametric statistical method. Thirdly, The Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index (LMDI). This method is effective to solve the decomposition and data collect the zero value of the remaining issues, Compared with other factor decomposition method with the path independence, residual error is zero and unique advantages, such as polymerization are consistent.In this paper, the main conclusions as followed:(1)The causal chain "transportation infrastructure- rotation volume of goods transport-trade-economic growth" is existed, implementation of the silk road economic belt of economic integration point lies in the path of "Road Unicom" and "rade flow".(2) China’s Silk Road Economic Belt transport infrastructure between the regional allocation efficiency is not well, enhancing the contribution of economic zone’s transport infrastructures to the economy, trade environment worse is the main reason for inefficiency,should not only focus on the new added transportation infrastructures, but also give more focus on the operational efficiency of existing transport infrastructures.(3) Reflect the activities of the trade scale effect is the main driver to promote The Silk Road Economic Belt’s economic growth. They should be carrying out the multi-market strategy, expanding trade between various regions provinces. The trade structure and trade on The Silk Road Economic Belt production efficiency is relatively limited role in driving economic growth. But, this doesn’t means the trade structure adjustment to The Silk Road Economic Belt economy development have no driving force. Once a stable trade structure change, its effect on the economic drive is immediately apparent.
